He is an adolescent who committed a crime at a considerably young age and got charged as an adult. Nathaniel has not been sentenced yet because it is unclear as to whether he has the intellect to understand the nature of his crime of not. 2. The number of juveniles that get sentenced to adult prison differs because of the minority committing the crimes.
